Designing a strategic model for consolidating and improving security in the Sistan and Baluchestan province

Abstract

Security is a basic need for social life and is an important part of citizenship rights. Providing security and increasing the sense of security of citizens is one of the most important duties and responsibilities of the government (government). Sistan and Baluchestan province is one of the border areas of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which always suffers from a lack of security and the presence of many threats. Considering the above, the present study has been written with the aim of designing a strategic model for consolidating and improving security in the border areas of Sistan and Baluchestan province. To access the data using the literature and theoretical foundations and interviews with experts, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 80 in the dimensions of "natural and human geography", "cultural and social", "managerial", "political", "economic", " "Military and Disciplinary" and "Judicial and Legal" and a statistical sample of 140 people answered the questions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by three methods of content validity, structure and content validity and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test in SPSS software, 0.953. Analyzing the questionnaire using KMO, Bartlett and Pearson rank correlation test, it was concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the weekly dimensions and according to Friedman test, the priority of the dimensions is as follows: "managerial", "economic", "political" "Military and Disciplinary", "Judicial and Legal", "Cultural and Social" and "Natural and Human Geography".
