Abstract

Crimes related to corruption have always been discussed and investigated in judicial and legal institutions, and there is no coherent criminal policy to fight corruption in the public and private sectors in domestic laws, nor has it been able to criminalize related crimes in the fight against corruption in the private sector. take action and this issue endangers the legal security of the country. Based on this, this research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the expansion of the territory of crimes related to corruption to the private sector with a comparative approach and its impact on legal security.
This research has been carried out in a descriptive-analytical way and the required information has been collected using the library method and the use of first-hand and reliable sources and has been analyzed by categorizing the information.
As a result of the research, it can be said that the development of the scope of crimes related to corruption in the private sector means the prediction of criminal and non-criminal preventive measures. mistrust of the government, questioning the legitimacy of the system, disrupting the economic system, etc.
