Abstract
Cyber combat readiness in the Armed Forces, in addition to being a competitive and strategic advantage in increasing the effectiveness and execution of assigned missions. Assessment and awareness of the level of readiness is also considered as the first step of development and equipment programs. The present study, which was conducted with the aim of introducing the cyber warfare readiness assessment system, is mixed in terms of purpose, applied research in terms of nature, descriptive-correlation and in terms of data analysis method. The statistical population, in the qualitative part, includes ten cyber warfare experts and university administrators and professors at the level of the Armed Forces, and in the quantitative part, there are 50 people who have been selected using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. Data in the qualitative section were collected by studying previous research and obtaining expert opinions through in-depth interviews and in the quantitative section using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability (0.97) were also confirmed. The results showed that the main components of the cyber combat readiness assessment system have four parts: input, process, output and outcome. Therefore, focusing on evaluating the performance in order to implement and prepare the capacities (input), after the confirmatory factor analysis of the first and second stages of the data using LISREL software, the system in the form of 15 components and 4 dimensions of readiness (Operational factors, cyber warfare platform, taro fabric of cyber warfare and cyber management and guidance style) are presented.
