The role of cultural identity components of Khuzestan Arab people on social security

Abstract

One of the basic human needs is the need for security. Security is a state in which personal needs and desires are satisfied. But more important is the feeling of security, which is the feeling of relative freedom from danger. This feeling creates a pleasant state, and the person has physical and mental peace in it, which must be recognized as one of the most important factors of cultural identity. Based on this, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of cultural identity components of Khuzestan Arab people on the feeling of social security. This research is of applied type and was done by survey method. The required information was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and a statistical community of experts and managers in the social and security fields in Khuzestan, of which
47 people were selected by targeted sampling. Data analysis was done in the form of descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of spss23 software. In the final result of the research, it can be said that the cultural identity ., and the correlation coefficient value between the variable of the sense of security and the components of cultural identity (language and literature of the Arab people of Khuzestan 0.589 - customs of the Arab people 0.503 - beliefs and beliefs of the Arab people of Khuzestan 0.409 - the historical background of he Arab people of Khuzestan 0.358 - the geographical location and ecology of the Arab people of Khuzestan 0.436).
