Abstract

Metaverse is a great leap and revolution in organizations and changes the entire structure, rules and principles of the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to calculate the factors facing future organizations in the metaverse space with a future research approach. In terms of practical purpose, and according to the investigated factors, environmental scanning and interaction analysis tools were used, and using the interaction analysis method, it sought to answer the main question, "What are the key drivers related to the future of organizations in the metaverse space?" Is. In total, 7 academic and executive experts were asked to express their expert opinions about future organizations in the metaverse space and the relationships in the calculated factors using the purposeful sampling method, and the results were analyzed in MikMak software. The influence and effectiveness cycle graph and the ranking of the factors leading future organizations in the metaverse space showed that legal and legal requirements and physical infrastructure are among the most effective influencing factors that will be the front of future organizations in the metaverse space, as well as feelings, emotions and mental states; Military application, command and control system and others are the most effective factors according to the results.
