Changes in the balance of defense-offensive (security-power) have a significant impact on the occurrence of war and disorder in the international system, factors that increase the ease of offensive operations or reduce the cost of such operations compared to defense operations, increase the likelihood There has been war and crisis. When aggression prevails, behaviors also become aggressive (power), and when defense prevails, governments are less concerned about the intentions of rivals (security). The Islamic Republic is blocked by rising oil prices as well as the release of some blocked funds. After the end, it seeks to increase its military and missile capabilities (invasion-power), as well as to provide security in the turbulent and insecure environment of the region by designing a security belt for itself (defense-security, invasion-power) to achieve its goals and strategy. That is, how has US aggressive internationalism since 9/11 affected Iran's foreign policy in the region? A temporary answer to the above question can be given that the US pressures after 9/11 have not been uniform so far and have led Iran's foreign policy towards a kind of offensive-defense strategy, which we will discuss in detail in the following... The author will use a qualitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach to answer the above question and prove his hypothesis through the data under discussion.
